Wellness Plans

You may have read through our web page on The Importance of Annual Health Exams.  Because we believe annual health exams and yearly laboratory testing for pets are so important we offer a variety of wellness plans for your pet to give you a package price for the items we recommend. Having twice yearly exams and yearly lab screenings also help provide you with peace of mind.  Normal results are great to hear of course and let you know that your pet is functioning well inside and outside.  If we do find an area of concern, that's okay - we will set up a diagnosis and treatment plan that works for you and your pet to help improve your pet's health and quality of life.

We want to make preventative care for your pets as affordable as possible so we offer four levels of plans from our basic plan to our gold plan for cats and dogs.  All levels of wellness plans for cats and dogs include annual and biannual exams.  Additional outpatient exams and office calls throughout the year are done at a lower cost as an incentive to come in before problems become severe.  The basic plan includes a 40% discount on outpatient exams, the bronze plan a 60% discount, the silver plan and 80% discount and the gold plan includes all outpatient exams and office calls.  Click on the link below to view the details of our wellness plans for cats and dogs.  Other incentives are also included such as savings on boarding stays, Heartguard Plus, other deworming needs, Frontline Plus, and Certifect.

We also offer a Pediatric Wellness Program for Puppies.  Some highlights of this plan include coverage for your puppy's initial four puppy visits and biannual exam.  Additional exams and office calls throughout the year are done at no charge.  The plan also includes all recommended vaccinations for your puppy's first year and 10% off their spay or neuter and much more..  Click on the link below to view the details of our Pediatric Wellness Program for Puppies.

Since we do see birds and exotic pets too, we of course offer a wellness care program for avian and exotic pets as well.  Just like the plans for dogs and cats, the annual and biannual exams are included.  Additional outpatient exams and office calls throughout the year are done at no charge.  Yearly well-pet blood and urine testing are also part of the plans.   (Please note that for some very small birds, mice and other very small mammals, yearly blood work may not be appropriate) Click on the link below to view the details of our Wellness Care Program for Avian and Exotic Pets.

Wellness Care Program for Avian and Exotic Pets

All of these plans can be paid at the time of the initial visit or divided into two payments using a hold check or you may choose to make monthly payments using our automatic withdrawal plan from your checking or savings account.  If you choose to do the monthly payments by automatic withdrawal there is a set up fee of $22.40.  The first month's payment and any other charges not covered by the wellness plan are also due when signing up for the plan.  The remaining 11 months payments are then set up for automatic withdrawal on either the 5th or the 20th of each month.  Wellness Care Programs do not automatically renew until you come in the following year for your pet's annual exam and sign up for another year.  Please call client services at 320-252-6700 or email officemanager@companionsweb.com if you would like more information.
