TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS,

It is with a heavy heart we tell you that effective January 29, 2023, we’ll be permanently closing overnight boarding at our hospital. We’re accepting and honoring reservations for all dates up until then so please contact us if you plan to travel in the meantime – we would LOVE to care for your pets!

We apologize for the inconvenience this news may cause our clients and furry, feathered or scaled friends. Our industry, like many others, has been challenged by staffing shortages. This is a big change for you, as it is for all of our team, and we do appreciate your dedicated loyalty as we navigate through it.

There is still good news! After January 29, our daycare services will continue Monday through Friday and we have packages available for those pets that visit frequently. Call, email or text us if you would like to learn more about our day stays! We have a list of facilities in the area that do still accept overnight boarding – we encourage you to do your research to find the best fit for you and your pet.
